Stars of Hollywood
Zippo has released a line of Hollywood-themed lighters, led by the 2001 Collectible of the Year. The tenth in a series of limited-edition Collectibles of the Year, "Hollywood's Leading Light" pays homage to one of the most coveted and recognized symbols of Hollywood. The pink terrazzo star that graces the Hollywood Walk of Fame is replicated in the cloisonne emblem and custom keepsake tin. The lighter also features Zippo's newest gold dust finish, exclusive to this year's collectible. Other lines in the Stars of Hollywood collection include the Hollywood Legends and Hollywood Icons; each is packaged in a "click clack" tin and custom sleeve.

Trojan, Titan Lighters from Prometheus
Prometheus has introduced two new laser-flame jet turbo lighters. The Trojan features a combination rocking-action cover/ignition mechanism and a large, indicator-type fuel gauge. Six finishes are available: satin silver, gun metal, satin nickel/gun metal, satin chrome, black matte/chrome, and black matte/gun metal. Suggested retail is $59.95. The Titan features a flip-top cap and separate ignition button and see-through fuel gauge. It is offered in either silver, gun metal, satin gold, satin chrome, black matte/chrome, or black matte/gun metal finishes. Titan carries a suggested retail price of $49.95.

A Humidor for Everyone
International Development Corp. (IDC) offers a wide variety of quality humidors at numerous price points. Basic models feature fine gold plated brass quadrant hinges and precision woodworking to assure a tight seal, Spanish cedar lining, humidification elements, and hygrometers, in 25 or 50-count configurations. Pocket Guide to Cigar Brands
The number of cigar brands on the market has dropped from its peak several years ago, but there are still plenty to catalog, and the editors at Perelman's Pocket Cyclopedia of Cigars continues to do just that. The guide, now in its seventh year, provides critical details of 1,109 brands, or over 5,000 frontmarks, including country of origin of tobaccos; sizes; and shapes. Other sections include primers on various cigar basics (construction, shapes); new brands introduced and existing brands that were discontinued; bios on classic cigars; and numerous other resources. Separate sections chronical handmade, mass-market, and little cigars. The guide makes a great in-store resource and must-have for the true cigar fanatic.
